1. Introduction
Agence 3A (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in compliance with Quebec’s Law 25. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and process your information in connection with our marketing consulting services and our CRM platform, 3AFlow.
2. Definitions
“Client”: Refers to the business or organization that purchases our services and uses our CRM platform.
“End User”: Refers to individuals whose information is collected by the Client through our CRM platform.
“Personal Data”: Any information relating to an identifiable individual.
3. Collection and Use of Personal Data
Agence 3A collects personal information directly from its Clients in order to:
Provide personalized marketing consulting services.
Manage the business relationship.
Ensure the necessary technical support for optimal use of the 3AFlow CRM platform.
The collected information includes, but is not limited to: name, email address, phone number, and financial information required for billing.
4. Processing of Data Related to Our Marketing Services
As part of our marketing services, we collect and analyze specific data related to the performance of your marketing campaigns, including conversion rates, social media interactions and engagement, and overall advertising performance. This data helps us continuously optimize marketing strategies, effectively target audiences on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and strengthen your brand positioning and identity.
We also work with freelancers and external partners to manage marketing campaigns. These partners may access certain data strictly necessary for the execution of their mandates, subject to firm confidentiality and data security commitments.
5. CRM Platform 3AFlow and Client Responsibilities
Our 3AFlow platform is a customized (“white label”) version of the Go High Level solution. It is made available to our Clients so they can manage interactions with their own customers (End Users).
Agence 3A is solely responsible for processing the personal information of its own Clients. Each Client is responsible for the collection, management, and protection of personal data of their End Users, in accordance with Law 25 and other applicable laws.
Each Client must have their own Privacy Policy accessible to their End Users, clearly explaining how their personal data is processed and how they can exercise their rights, including the deletion of their data.
6. Data Security and Protection
We implement strict technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
7. Sharing of Data with Third Parties
Agence 3A does not sell or rent any personal data to third parties. We may share necessary information with technical partners such as ACM Canada, strictly for the purpose of service delivery and subject to strict data confidentiality and security agreements.
8. Data Processing Agreement
In compliance with Law 25, a specific data processing agreement will be established between Agence 3A and each of its Clients, outlining the obligations of each party regarding the protection and processing of personal data handled by the 3AFlow platform.
9. Access and Control of Personal Data
Each Client can access, correct, delete, or export their personal data by submitting a written request to our team at the address below. End Users must direct their requests directly to the Client with whom they originally provided their personal data.
10. General Terms and Conditions of Use
General Terms: Govern the contractual relationship between Agence 3A and the Client (B2B).
Terms of Use: Define the rules for use of the CRM platform by End Users.
11. Service Availability (Service Level Agreement – SLA)
Agence 3A guarantees a minimum level of availability for the 3AFlow CRM platform as specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) concluded separately with the Client.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to our Clients.
