What exactly do I get at the end?

Four deliverables: the measured map of your priority processes, your starting governance rules (who uses what, with which data), the architecture of your first AI method with its quantified expected gain, and your roadmap. All of it presented to your leadership. The document is yours. You can execute the roadmap with us or with anyone else.

Is this an audit? A training program?

Neither. An audit tells you what's wrong; training shows you tools. The diagnostic gives you a decision: which method to build first, how, with which rules, and for what gain. It's the same framing work we're doing right now for the Quebec companies that have already started their diagnostic.

We already use ChatGPT / Copilot / Claude. Isn’t that enough?

The tools aren't the problem - the absence of a shared method is. When everyone prompts their own way, quality depends on the person, the know-how stays in private conversations, and nothing is measured. We turn what already works in your team into standardized, governed, measurable methods. Our solution is designed to work with Claude, and the methodology itself is tool-independent.

What about our confidential data and Law 25?

It's one of the seven things we analyze. The diagnostic defines which data is allowed in which tools, who has access, and which human validations are required, in line with data minimization principles. To be transparent: we help you put clear, documented rules in place, but the diagnostic does not replace a legal compliance opinion. If your situation requires one, we'll tell you.

How much time will this ask of our team?

Less than one day in total, spread over two to three weeks: a kick-off session with your executive and your internal owner, a few answers during the analysis, and the report presentation. The technical analysis (architecture, connections, telemetry, guardrails, ROI) is on us.

How much does it cost?

Pricing and terms are presented during the qualification call that follows the readiness test, and an offer reserved for Sommet PME Laurentides attendees will be announced on site. Some companies may be eligible for financial assistance related to training or skills development. Eligibility and amounts are determined by the funding body. We can point you in the right direction, but we never present our programs as subsidized.

We’re not a tech company. Is that a problem?

No. Service firms come to us with quote requests, client follow-ups and reports. Manufacturers, retailers and distributors come with purchase orders, inventory follow-ups and customer service emails. The repetitive work has different names from one industry to the next, but it's the same problem underneath: hours lost in small pieces, and no way to measure them. If your team can describe how the work gets done, we can map it. No technical skills required on your side.
